Processing Time 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

New Zealand Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping on all NZ orders over $99 NZD. Orders under $99 NZD are charged a flat rate of $9.00 NZD for standard shipping, or $14.00 NZD for rural delivery.

 

Australia Shipping 

We ship to Australia at a flat rate of $35.00 NZD. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days once dispatched.

 

Handcrafted Products 

As all Danēli products are handcrafted, please allow for our processing time before your order is dispatched. We appreciate your patience!

 

Delivery Timeframes 

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Once your order is with the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders
